Global Pass Corporation – Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

Global Pass Corporation (“the Company”) provides non-tangible, irrevocable services, including but not limited to:


Business registration assistance


Visa application processing


Business analytics


Digital marketing services (e.g., website setup, SEO, advertising)


Due to the nature of these services, all fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced, regardless of the outcome of the application, approval status, or client satisfaction.


2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services before work has begun and receive a partial refund, minus a 25% administrative fee.


Once research, documentation, or any service-related action has been taken, no refunds will be issued.


3. Third-Party Fees & Government Charges

Visa fees, government filing costs, and any third-party expenses are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to external agencies.


The Company does not guarantee approval of visas, business registrations, or other government-related processes.


4. Dispute Resolution & Waiver of Legal Action

By engaging our services, the client agrees:


To resolve any disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.


To waive the right to class-action lawsuits or punitive damages.


That the maximum liability of Global Pass Corporation is limited to the amount paid for services.


5. No Guarantees

The Company provides advisory and application assistance but does not guarantee approval from governments, banks, or other entities. Clients assume all risks associated with their applications.


6. Policy Acknowledgment

By making payment, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this no-refund policy.


This policy is binding and enforceable under the law.
