TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) AGREEMENT

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using services from Global Pass Corporation ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

We offer:

Business registration & compliance assistance

Visa & immigration application support

Business analytics & consulting

Digital marketing (website setup, SEO, ads)

No Guarantees: We facilitate processes but do not guarantee approvals from governments, banks, or third parties.

3. NO REFUNDS POLICY

All fees are non-refundable once work begins.

Third-party fees (e.g., government filings) are never refundable.

Denial of a visa/application does not entitle you to a refund.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate, complete documentation.

Not hold us liable for delays/denials caused by your errors or third parties.

Secure proper legal/tax advice for your jurisdiction.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for services.

No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, reputational harm, or indirect damages.

Third-Party Risks: We are not responsible for actions of governments, banks, or other external entities.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Global Pass Corporation from any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from:

Your misuse of our services.

Your violation of laws/regulations.

Errors in documents you provided.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LEGAL WAIVERS

Mandatory Arbitration: Any disputes must first go through binding arbitration under [State/Country] law.

Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate services immediately if you:

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By paying for services, you confirm:

You have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

You waive any right to litigate outside arbitration.
